Identifying irrelevant or unnecessary data – This includes prior medical records and pre-existing conditions that are not related to the accident or injuries sustained. Arranging the NKF chronologically – Records provided for Medical Chronology are not in order. It is a must to outline the medical events in the order of their occurrence.
