Fulfillment Policy
Order Processing Time
Our team works diligently to process and fulfill case orders promptly. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of quote approval. Cases that exceed 2000 or more page may take longer to process. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer due to increased demand.Â
Order Changes and Cancellations
We understand that sometimes changes or cancellations to case orders may be necessary. Please contact our customer service team at Support@ExpressMDreviews.com or call 609.977.2950 as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your completed work product. If you're not entirely happy with your case order, we offer a 7 day refund policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the completed work product falls on any of the points below.
Please note the following points regarding refunds:
- Excessive data/information is missing
- Quality of the work is substandard
- Not delivered at the agreed time frame
